We had a significant discussion on the challenge and opportunity for your LMS and LCMS to leverage the emerging models of Social Learning. Have a heart to heart discussion with your Learning System administrator and provider on how they will include functionality for Social Learning - including collaborative content, User Content, discussion areas and learner profiles.
3. Meet Up in Atlanta at FIRST Robotics Today/Tomorrow: I am attending the FIRST Robotics Final at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta right now. Tens of thousands of students and hundreds of Robots are competing in this unique learning event. I recently joined the Board of Directors of FIRST, founded by Dean Kamen (inventor of the Segway).
