1. Cheap Learning Apps for Your LMS: What if you wanted to schedule lunch meetings for 3 rising leaders with senior executives as part of their development program. Great idea! Now, ask your LMS to help schedule it. Ask the LMS vendor how much it would cost to build a “Lunch Matching and Mentoring” function in your LMS - and sit down to hear the quote (5 figures, 6 figures?).
Yet, you can buy an App for your smart phone that will do much more for $1.99! What if we had Learning Apps for our LMS? Seriously, what if there was a standard that allowed us to buy Apps that would add functionality to our LMS, safely and without recoding the base system, and do it for let’s say $1,000? Though, I would love to see some at $1.99, too!

4. Learning 2014 Very Early Registration Open: Yes, we are already being asked when folks can register for Learning 2014. Here are the dates and Very Early Registration rates:

- Very Early Registration Rates: $1,495 ($1,395 for CONSORTIUM, Government and Education)
