1. When the CEO Asks for Training Expenses Per Worker? What if your CEO sent you a memo asking for this information: “What is our cost per employee for training/learning?” How would you respond to this request? Please add your comments to a robust conversation about this request, now underway at our LearningTown Village. We have over 28 wonderful perspectives from learning colleagues around the world. 2. Linda Kennedy - Learning Colleague Passes: Linda Kennedy was an early pioneer in the computer training and learning field. I met Linda when she was working as a Manager for Lotus Education. She helped create models for computer training, certification and channel development. I recruited Linda to join me at Ziff Communications for a few years, where she helped organize some of our early conferences. She then returned to Lotus/IBM where she was a manager in their education area. Linda was respected throughout our field and was always up for a new challenge or perspective. Linda had a long battle with her illness and passed last week in France. We will miss you, Linda!
