“McDonald’s Hamburger University Oak Brook was one of the first of 7 corporate universities globally dedicated to employee development, training and talent. Over the past 50 years, it has impacted the careers and lives of tens of thousands of employees - leading with learning design, delivery and global deployment - and been a stellar example of corporate investment and commitment to talent. We are excited to honor McDonald’s and WWTL&D, to tell the story of their past, present and future global learning strategy.” – Elliott Masie
