1. 30 Under 30 Invitation for Rising Learning Leaders: One of my favorite projects that I have started in my career is our 30 Under 30 Learning Leaders Program.
Over the past years, over 200 rising learning leaders under the age of 30 have participated in a high-energy, multi-day, deeply engaging program. They have been mentored by senior business leaders such as Marshall Goldsmith and have also cross-mentored learning leaders on the changing perspectives of their generation.
