2. Making Learning Personal - An Article.
3. Retreats for Learning Colleague Groups.

1. Leadership Development Trends - Patterns & Shifts: My scans on trends in Leadership Development have been revealing some intriguing and divergent shifts:

* Significant Reduction in Face to Face Classroom Leadership Time - (25.9% of organizations)
* Radical Increase in use of TED Videos in Leadership - (42.6% of organizations)
* Growth and Expansion of Assessment & Feedback Tools - (41.5% of organizations)
* Significant Increase in Total Time per Learner in Leadership Activities - (27.8% of organizations)

A summary of our early findings, along with a model of Elements of Leadership Development, available at: http://tinyurl.com/masieleaders

2. Making Learning Personal - An Article: I recently wrote a column for Chief Learning Magazine on “Making Learning Personal”.  The shift and demand for Learning Personalization is both growing and challenging to learning organizations.  My article is online at: http://www.learning2014.com/index.php/item/making-learning-personal.html

3. Retreats for Learning Colleague Groups: Over 27 companies and government agencies are organizing Retreats for their learning professionals at Learning 2014. Groups including Farmers Insurance, Southwest Airlines, GE, Axalta and Accenture are bringing groups of learning colleagues to Orlando for Learning 2014 - as we provide discounts, space and additional time for them to participate in the conference activities, network with other organizations and also meet together before, during or after the event. It is a highly cost effective and intense model for bringing learning teams together from across the nation or globe.  Contact cathy@masie.com for details on Group and Retreat programs.
